Our wet carbon fiber replacement mirror caps are finished with a UV-protective coating designed to help preserve the appearance and finish of the carbon fiber under normal exterior use.

Due to the nature of wet carbon fiber construction, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and elevated surface temperatures should be avoided whenever possible. For vehicles regularly exposed to temperatures of 50°F and above, covered or shaded parking is recommended, particularly during extended periods of direct sunlight.

Please note that UV protection does not eliminate the effects of prolonged heat exposure. Proper care, storage, and protection from excessive environmental conditions are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
