LRForged offers a 1 YEAR FINISH and 5 YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY 

This warranty applies only to the original retail consumer of the products (“owner”) and cannot be transferred or re-assigned. The product must be used in accordance with current published LRForged specifications and instructions, and with LRForged-approved accessories, fasteners, and replacement parts. We do not recommend wheel cleaners of any sort, soap and water for washing wheels is what is recommended. We do recommend ceramic coating, but cannot be responsible if a certain chemical in the coating reacts strange with our finish. We recommend ceramic coating a indiscrete area like inner barrel first to make sure you are happy with the result before applying to the entire front surface of the wheel.

3 Year Structural Warranty:

Los Reyes Performance, LLC warrants that its street-use wheels (“Products”) shall be free of defects in material and workmanship starting from the date of sale. This warranty applies to unmodified cars, including but not limited to aftermarket wheel studs, lugnuts, wheel bearings, suspension, engine, etc. Any modification to the Products or use of the Product with any accessories, fasteners, and replacement parts not approved by LRForged will void the warranty in its entirety. If you notice any defect in the wheels, please reach out via email (losreyesperformance@gmail.com) and we can discuss your options.

Motorsports Disclaimer:

Los Reyes Performance, LLC products are designed and intended for use in motorsports and other high-performance activities, which involve inherent risks and hazards. The Owner acknowledges and agrees to assume all risks and liabilities arising from the use of the Products, including but not limited to the risks and liabilities associated with participating in motorsports activities. Los Reyes Performance, LLC, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, death, or other damages arising from the use of the Products in motorsports or any other activities. The Owner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Los Reyes Performance, LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising from the owner's use of the Products in motorsports or any other activities.

Return and Refund Policy:

Los Reyes Performance, LLC wants all of our customers to be 110% satisfied with their purchases. Due to the "Made to Order" nature of each wheel we build, we do not do any returns or refunds. It is imperative that you test fit wheels prior to mounting tires and/or ceramic coating, as once you do either of these there are absolutely no discussions of returns or refunds.  If you are not satisfied with your new forged wheels, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product to discuss a resolution. We will work with you to ensure we reach an amicable resolution for both parties, as our name and reputation is behind every single set of wheels we build.

All returns and refunds are subject to approval by Los Reyes Performance, LLC. If approved, the product must be returned to us in its original, unused condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and refunds. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the product. Los Reyes Performance, LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds that do not meet our policy requirements.

Installation and Use:

The Owner is responsible for ensuring that the Products are used in accordance with current published LRFORGED specifications and instructions, and with LRFORGED-approved accessories, fasteners, and replacement parts. The proper installation, maintenance, and inspection of our wheels is critical to their safe use. The Owner should inspect the Products before each use to ensure they are free from any visible damage, and if any damage is found, the Products should not be used, and Los Reyes Performance, LLC should be contacted for further instructions.

It is important to note that the proper installation, maintenance, and inspection of your wheels are crucial to ensure their performance and longevity. As such, it is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that the wheels are installed correctly and maintained properly, especially in the case of race wheels or beadlocks. Failure to do so may result in damage to the wheels, vehicle, and surrounding environment. Los Reyes Performance, LLC does not assume any responsibility for the proper installation, use, or inspection of its products. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you seek the assistance of a qualified mechanic or technician for proper installation, maintenance, and inspection of your wheels.
