Refund Policy

We have a 30 -day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, the shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer unless it is found that the item was incorrect or defective. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will not accept returns for products that are used or that you damaged.

We are not responsible for ANY installation fees and charges by a 3rd party business. Los Reyes Performance is not responsible for any vehicle damages and personal injury incurred during installation. Professional installation is recommended.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, exhausts, wings, or steering wheels). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Restocking Fees

All accepted items will be charged a restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

The restocking fee is a 20% flat rate fee that is applied to your refund amount.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not with standing the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To start a return, please send us an email at (losreyesperformance@gmail.com) If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return portal as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the item returned has been used or damaged by the customer, Los Reyes Performance will not provide any form of compensation for that item.

Cancelling Your Order

If you would like to cancel an order after it has been placed, please reach out to us within 1 hour to cancel the order. Contact us via email (losreyesperformance@gmail.com), or text us during business hours at +1‪ (323) 287-6782. After 1 hour, if the product is in stock, it is likely that it will be fulfilled if it was placed before our cutoff time at 2 pm PST. If the order has left our warehouse / has been processed, you have to wait for the order to be shipped to you, then you, the buyer, is RESPONSIBLE for paying for the return shipping. Canceled orders for in-stock products, that have not been shipped yet, are eligible for exchange, store credit, or partial refund. Custom-made product orders cannot be canceled for any refund or in-store credits after 1 hour.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Los Reyes Performance is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If packages are confirmed to be successfully delivered, you will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier if you did not receive the package. We send tracking information once packages are shipped and delivered. Please obtain your package as soon as possible. It is ultimately your responsibility to file a claim with the mail carrier. Los Reyes Performance is unable to do anything in this situation, and will not refund or resend the lost/stolen item.

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.
